ShipToDorm

How shipping works

Parents ship Amazon, Target, Walmart, and other packages to a local ShipToDorm address near campus — not into the dorm mailroom. We receive, photograph, store, and stage everything for move-in day.

Expectation: Your student’s packages go to a secure local address near campus. They are not delivered into the dorm room by default.

1. Get your campus shipping address

Find your student’s school, then get a unique shipping address for that campus corridor. Use that address for merchant checkouts and package labels.

2. Label packages clearly

3. We receive and photograph

When packages arrive, we receive them, log them, and photograph what came in so you can confirm items landed safely.

4. Track status

Follow packages from ordered / in transit through received, stored, and ready for pickup — plain status parents can understand at a glance.

5. Store until move-in

Items stay securely stored near campus until your family is ready. Packages that arrive on different days are held together for one pickup.

6. Pick up on move-in day

Arrive for pickup (or arrange an allowed alternate picker). Everything that was received is staged and ready. See move-in day for what to bring.
